ISAC is a statewide nonprofit collective dedicated to leadership, mentorship, scholarships, and compliant economic education for high school student-athletes.
Why ISAC was created.
Indiana is home to some of the most talented and disciplined high school student-athletes in the country. But too often, opportunity ends with the final game. ISAC was founded to change that — to make sure every Indiana student-athlete has access to mentorship, leadership development, and the educational tools to build a future beyond sports.
We exist as a collective of coaches, business leaders, educators, parents, and former athletes who believe athletics is the most powerful classroom in the state. ISAC is a statewide community that invests in young leaders — and the people who will guide them.
ISAC is a leadership development and mentorship organization. We are not a pay-for-play collective. All programming is operated within Indiana NIL and PBA guidelines.

ISAC operates fully within Indiana's NIL and PBA (Publicity Rights Act) guidelines. We provide compliant branding, education, and opportunity — never inducement. Every partnership and program is designed to develop the whole student-athlete: leader, learner, and citizen.
